One of my favourite views of Chicago, taken from the terrace of London House. It shows so many things I love about the city: the historic bridges, a classic skyline divided by the river - so many shapes and patterns to enjoy.
Part of the river is dyed green for St Patrick’s day, a tradition which began in the 1960’s.
This piece was created from my original photograph and digitally coloured. It is printed on brushed aluminum, which gives it an etched feel, contrasting with the vivid colours.
