Two of New York's most famous icons in one image. I love how the piece highlights a typicallly proud New York opinion (‘Real New Yorkers ride yellow’) in front of the beautiful, historic Bloomingdales store.

The image is created from an original photograph and painstakingly coloured digitally by hand. It is printed on brushed aluminium, which gives the piece an etched appearance, picking out the exquisite detail of the building and contrasting it nicely with the bright yellow of the taxi.

Ride yellow is made to order. It can usually be created and delivered in around 10-14 days. An aluminium subframe on the back makes it incredibly easy to hang.
