Naturally I love the Broad because of its gorgeous repeated patterns, abstract shapes and lines. And lots of concete. AND it’s right next to another favourite, the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Oh there’s lots of great art inside too. What’s not to like!
‘The Broad (blue sky) is created from my original photograph, digitally coloured, and printed on brushed aluminium. This gives the piece an etched appearance, picking out the graphic patterns and making the bright sky even more vivid. Complete with a chunky silver aluminium box-frame.
