I.M Pei’s glass pyramid - a stunning piece of modern architecture surrounded by the historic Louvre museum which opened in 1793.
Constructed from 603 rhombus and 70 triangle-shaped glass segements the Pyramid lends itself perfectly to my style of art. This piece was created from an original photograph, digtally coloured and printed on a super-slim piece of brushed aluminium. This gives the piece an etched appearance and highlights the museum’s beautiful repeated patterns and shapes.
The Louvre is made to order. It can usually be created and delivered in around 14 days. An aluminium subframe on the back makes it incredibly easy to hang.
