The Sound of London (brushed aluminium)

£950.00

68 x 96 x 5 cm, edition of 25, £950

A slightly different offering in my portfolio of London art. This image is created from a soundwave, after I recorded comedian Morgana Robinson saying the word 'London' into a microphone.

The image is then digitally coloured by hand and printed on onto a slim sheet of brushed aluminium. This leaves the soundwave itself in metal, highlighting it’s pattern and contrasting nicely with the strong colours.

The Sound of London is made to order. It can usually be created and delivered in around 2-3 weeks. An aluminium subframe on the back makes it incredibly easy to hang. It is also available floated in a hand-painted wood frame, just like my Little London collection.
