I can’t lie, I’ve eaten a fair few hot dogs from these carts. I love them, the carts that is - they’re such an iconic part of New York life, and history.
This piece is created from my original photograph, digitally coloured, and printed on brushed aluminium. The matt metal finish gives it an etched appearance, picking out the details on the cart, and making the colours even more vivid.
