From my Petit Paris collection: ‘celebrate La Grande Ville with a little piece of art.’

The Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Paris, better known as Sacré-Cœur. Ever since I first visited the city I have been fascinated with the beautiful shape and exquisite details of the church.

This piece is created from an original photograph, digitally coloured and printed on a slim sheet of aluminium which brings out the details of the scene. The vivid aqua sky highlights its shape and position perfectly, perched majestically at top of the highest point in the city. The romantic couple in the centre is a perfect addition to this picture in the city of love. The image is floated in a hand-painted wood frame.
