From my Little Apple collection:' ‘celebrate the Big Apple with a little piece of art’.
The New York skyline is stunning from any viewpoint. And this is one of my (many) favourites. This piece is created from an original photograph taken from the ferry from Greenpoint to Long Island City. I have coloured the sky and water with vivid tones which contrast with the industrial skyline, which is left untouched from from original picture. The image is printed on a small sheet of brushed aluminium and floated in a hand-painted wood frame.
