BT Tower (brushed aluminium)

£850.00

81 x 51 cm, edition of 25, £875

BT Tower was the tallest building in London until 1980, and because of its important communications equipment, information about the tower was designated an official secret. A judge even ordered that it could only be referred to as 'Location 23' at a trial in the late seventies.

This piece was created from an original photograph taken while hanging out of a helicopter with the doors off. It is printed on brushed aluminium, which picks out the lovely repeated patterns and curves of its design and in the surrounding streets.

BT Tower is made to order. It can usually be created and delivered in around 10-14 days. An aluminium subframe on the back makes it incredibly easy to hang.
