New York has one of the best skylines in the world - wherever you look there’s an iconic landmark or view. The Big Apple is the perfect muse for my art. This is one of my favourite views featuring two classic buildings from very different eras: the Chrysler and United Nations buildings, from the 1930’s and 1950’s.

This piece is created from an original photograph and digitally coloured. Printing the image on a slim sheet of brushed aluminium gives it an etched appearance, picking out the detail of the buildings and contrasting nicely with the teal coloured sky.

Chrysler Building and the United Nations is made to order. It can usually be created and delivered in around 10-14 days. Available in larger sizes. An aluminium subframe on the back makes it incredibly easy to hang.
